    RESERVATION RULES

    • We accept reservations on weekdays from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, on Saturdays from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, and on Sundays from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
    • Reservations can be made no later than 3 hours before the scheduled time.
    • You will receive confirmation of your reservation by email no later than 2 hours before the scheduled time.
    • We hold the table for a maximum of 15 minutes; in case of delay, please contact us by phone at +421 910 541 841.
    • For reservations of more than 20 people, please contact our Events Department at lenka.poulova@medusacatering.sk.
    • Reservations are accepted for indoor seating only.
